Varieties such as Maradol and Hawaiian are exported at color-break stage to maximize shelf life at destination. Used fresh, in juices, frozen pulps, and dehydrated products. Meets phytosanitary protocols for major importing markets.

Wash with potable water, peel or cut per export grade. Process within 24–48 h for best quality.
