Fresh coconut

Natural water and pulp; growing demand in health-focused markets.

Coastal Ecuadorian coconut is exported whole for natural coconut water, or processed into copra and derivatives. The fibrous husk and hard endocarp protect the white pulp during transport. Ideal for ethnic retail, tropical gastronomy, and functional beverages. Selected for uniform weight and absence of cracks.
