Ecuadorian carrots (Daucus carota) are produced in sandy highland soils with uniform orange color, natural sweetness, and crisp texture. Selected calibers for whole retail, baby carrot, and industry. Exported in 10–15 kg pre-cooled boxes for Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
