Swiss chard

Ecuadorian Swiss chard (Beta vulgaris var. cicla) is produced in the highlands with wide stalks, vivid colors (white, red, yellow), and tender crack-free leaves. Fresh harvest with immediate washing and cooling. Exported in 5–8 kg boxes for premium retail and restaurant markets.
