Scallion (spring onion)

Young export onion; salads, Asian cuisine, and foodservice.

Ecuadorian scallions (Allium fistulosum) are produced with long white stems, erect green leaves, and mild flavor without excessive heat. Field-washed and cooled for maximum freshness. Exported in 250 g bunches or 5 kg boxes for Asian, European, and North American markets.
