Cauliflower

Premium white crucifer; European retail and foodservice.

Ecuadorian cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) is grown at 2,500–3,000 m altitude with compact white curds, spot-free, and intact protective leaves. Selective harvest by caliber. Exported in 7–12 kg ice-packed boxes for Northern Hemisphere winter markets.
