Celery

Crisp export stalks; retail, juicing, and foodservice.

Ecuadorian celery (Apium graveolens var. dulce) is grown with blanching and controlled irrigation for straight, crisp stalks of uniform pale green color. No excessive bitterness and excellent box yield. Exported in 10–15 kg ice-packed boxes for North American and European markets.

Wash and sanitize. Peel, cut, or blanch per destination; chill quickly after processing.
