Portobello mushroom

Mature large mushroom; grilling, stuffing, and plant-based burgers.

Ecuadorian portobello (Agaricus bisporus var. portobello) is harvested at mature stage with open caps of 8–12 cm diameter. Firm flesh, deep brown color, and rich flavor ideal for grilling. Exported in 2–4 unit trays or 5 kg boxes for American and European retail and foodservice.
