Black trumpet mushroom

Intensely aromatic wild-type mushroom; high demand in fine dining.

Ecuadorian black trumpets (Craterellus cornucopioides) are obtained from controlled cultivation on enriched substrate replicating humid forest conditions. Uniform dark coloration, earthy and smoky aroma, delicate texture. Exported fresh in 100–150 g trays for European restaurants and premium retail.
