Oyster mushroom

High-volume Pleurotus; versatile for retail, industry, and foodservice.

Ecuadorian oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are grown in straw and sawdust column cultivation with continuous production. Wide caps, gray-white color, and tender texture with mild flavor. Exported in 250–500 g trays or 3–5 kg bulk boxes for European and Asian markets.
