Ecuadorian rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is grown in well-drained highland soils with concentrated essential oils. Firm branches, dark green leaves, and persistent resinous aroma. Exported in 30–50 g bunches or bulk for the food industry and European gourmet retail.
