Ecuadorian mint (Mentha sp.) is grown in high-humidity zones with continuous production throughout the year. Firm stems, spot-free leaves, and clean menthol aroma. Exported in bunches or sealed trays for beverage, pastry, and fine dining markets.

Ideal for

Preparation

Rinse with cold water, dry without bruising leaves. Chop just before use and add at the end of cooking.
